分析了苏中地区农村土壤环境下滑的现状和形成原因,提出了改善农村土壤环境的对策:加强宣传和培训,提高农民环保意识;建立健全法律体系建设,为农村环保提供法律保障;加强农村环境综合整治力度,发挥政府的环境管理职能;发展生态农业,降低农业面源污染;积极推广土肥先进适用技术,加强土地修复技术研发与运用;加快中低产田改造步伐,提高土地利用率。
This paper analyzes the current situation and causes of the decline of rural soil environment in Central Jiangsu Province, puts forward the countermeasures to improve the rural soil environment: to strengthen publicity and training, to enhance farmers’ awareness of environmental protection; to establish and perfect the legal system, to provide legal protection for rural environmental protection; to strengthen the rural environment Comprehensive rectification efforts should be made to give play to the government’s environmental management functions; to develop eco-agriculture and reduce agricultural non-point source pollution; to actively promote the advanced and applicable technologies of soil fertilizers and to strengthen the research and development and application of land remediation technologies; and to speed up the transformation of low and middle-yield fields and increase land utilization.
