宜都市位于湖北西南部,辖127个村、39.5万人,其中28.9万农业人。该市连续两年开展新型职业农民培育工程,办班24个培训新型职业农民1 175人,探索出新型职业农民培育“宜都模式”。按照“谋农民之所愿,农民想学”的宗旨健全体系、强化师资、落实政策、需求调研,采用就地办学、就近办班、适时办班的方式,通过精心策划,做到组织到位、准备到位、方法到位,取得了良好的办学效果,回顾两年新型农民培育工作,笔者认为还有多方面有待完善。
Yidu is located in the southwest of Hubei Province, jurisdiction 127 villages, 395,000 people, of which 289,000 agricultural people. The city launched a new type of professional farmer training project for two years in a row and organized 24 classes to train 1,175 new type farmers and explored a new type of professional farmer training “Yidu model.” According to the principle of “seeking farmers, farmers want to learn,” we need to improve the system, strengthen teachers, implement policies and research on demand, adopt local schools, run classes nearby, and run classes in a timely manner.
