连续两年在大田和温室对 WL84811的杀雄效果进行了研究。结果表明:(1)WL84811是一种良好的小麦杀雄剂。从花粉母细胞形成到花粉双核期间喷施,均可诱导雄性不育,不育率可达100%;(2)喷施后抽穗延迟1~4天,平均延迟2天;(3)株高平均降低5厘米左右,主要是缩短倒数第一、二节间的长度,尤以缩短倒数第一节间长度为显著;(4)杀雄后的植株,天然异交结实率达71.9%,人工授粉异交结实率达77.7%;(5)喷药时期与喷药浓度之间有互作。适宜的喷药时期和浓度因品种而异。就品种农大146而言,花粉双核期是适宜的喷药时期,1000~1200克/公顷是适宜的喷药浓度。结合本试验结果,讨论了 WL84811诱导小麦植株雄性不育的特点、影响天然异交结实率的因素以及适宜喷药时期和浓度筛选的问题。

Based on the results of this experiment, the characteristics of male sterility of wheat plants induced by WL84811, the factors affecting the natural outcrossing rate and the suitable selection of spraying period and concentration were discussed.
