通过对605名液化石油气作业工人的调查表明,工人接触浓度为1500~2000mg/m~3时,出现某些神衰症状的发生率明显增高,其他各项指标均与接触浓度及接触工龄没有关系。急性吸入毒性研究,大小鼠的最大耐受浓度大于277362.27mg/m~3,急性阈浓度大于170389.95mg/m~3。恒河猴和小鼠的慢性阈浓度均为31000mg/m~3。Ames试验阴性。建议液化石油气的最高容许浓度为1000mg/m~3,经全国劳动卫生标准分委员会审议通过。
