“青年文明社区”专栏开办寄语在社区建设的实践进程中,青少年作为最有活力和创造力的群体,发挥着生力军的作用。 1996年以来,共青团以创建“青年文明社区”为统揽推动社区青年工作,本着“党政所急、群众所需、青年所能”的原则,积极开展内容丰富、形式多样的创建活动,有效地巩固了党的青年执政基础,服务了党的中心工作,服务了社区群众的文化生活,服务了社区青少年的成长成才,取得了积极的成效,形成了青年服务社区,社区培育青年的互动局面。为推动“青年文明社区”创建工作不断深入,研究探讨当前社区共青团工作的思路和办法,学习交流各地创建工作经验,提高社区共青团干部的理论水平和工作水平,并为各级团组织了解国内外社区建设、社区发展和社区信息化的特点和趋势提供一个窗口,《社区》杂志联合共青团中央社区和维护青少年权益部开办了《青年文明社区》栏目,这个栏目将突出指导性、示范性、操作性、前瞻性、普及性、借鉴性和服务性七大特点,贴近社区团组织、贴近社区青少年生活,真正根植于社区建设的发展的实践之中。希望广大社区团组织利用好这个窗口,积极供稿,开拓创新,把“青年文明社区”创建工作推向一个新的台阶。共青团中央社区和维护青少年权益部部长
