本文采用丈夫的淋巴细胞给妻子皮下或皮内多点接种法治疗原因不明反复流产40例,其中24例妊娠足月分娩获正常活婴;1例妊娠4个月因患病引产一表型正常男胎;3例妊娠中,B超下未见胎儿异常;5例妊娠早期发生自然流产;4例尚未妊娠;3例失访。本法对治疗免疫性反复流产效果良好,并有助于推进反复流产的生殖免疫学研究。
