今年底将出台由卫生部主办、北京市卫生监督所承办的国家级课题《大型重要活动食品卫生监督保障工作规范》起草工作会议在京召开。近10年来,首都卫生监督机构成功保障了各类国内外大型政治、经济、文化、体育活动百余次。随着改革开放进程的加速,近年来,各类大型活动逐年递增。在此形势下,建立一套完善的食品卫生监督保障工作规范,十分必要。该《规范》的出台无疑将对全国大型重要活动,特别是2008年北京奥运会的食品卫生监督保障工作起到指导性作用,将使这项工作更加科学、规范、有序。北京市卫生监督所会同部分省市食品卫生资深专家,深入研讨大型重要活动特点,同
By the end of this year, the drafting work conference on the drafting of the normative work on food sanitation supervision of large-scale important activities hosted by the Ministry of Health and undertaken by the Beijing Municipal Health Authority will be held in Beijing.
