贵阳市人民政府办公厅文件筑府办通[2011]4号各区、市、县人民政府,金阳新区管委会,市政府各工作部门:2010年12月28日,省人民政府召开了全省安全生产工作电视电话会议,对2011年第一季度安全生产工作进行了安排部署。会上,省人民政府与市人民政府签订了《2011年第一季度安全生产工作目标和任务责任书》,明确了一季度工作目标。为加强事故防范,确保不突破控制指标,现将第一季度安全生产工作相关事宜和目标责任分解通知如下:
