目的综述药物修饰多聚物(drug modification polymers,DMP)的研究及在新型药物研发领域的应用进展。方法综合近年来国内外相关文献,阐述不同类型DMP的设计与合成,以及它们作为新型药物研发的重要工具,在多聚物-药物偶合物(polymer-drug conjugate,PDC)研发领域中的应用及取得的最新进展。结果与结论利用DMP所带功能基团与药物通过化学键相连而研制可克服药物自身弱点及弊端、提高药效并降低毒副作用的PDC类新型药物,是避免传统新药研发方式风险高、投资大、效率低、周期长等弱点的有效策略。
Objective To summarize the research progress of drug modification polymers (DMP) and its application in new drug development. Methods Based on the literature at home and abroad in recent years, the design and synthesis of different types of DMPs and their application as an important tool for new drug discovery and development in polymer-drug conjugate (PDC) Recent progress made. Results and Conclusion The use of DMP functional groups and drugs linked by chemical bonds developed to overcome their own weaknesses and disadvantages of drugs to improve efficacy and reduce side effects of PDC class of new drugs is to avoid the traditional drug research and development of high risk and investment, Low efficiency, long cycle and other weaknesses of the effective strategy.
