Implementation: Implementation of the agreement agreed upon during the Uruguay Round concluded in 1994. Developing countries requested a review to see if the agreement was implemented. This is one of the most controversial issues. General Committee: WTO Executive Committee outside the ministerial meeting. It meets every two years. Mid-term review: Ministerial meeting held during a round of negotiations. Anti-dumping measures
