为探讨花生子叶对其幼苗生长和干物质积累的影响,以便给生产和科学实验选用种子培育壮苗提供依据,我们采用室内外砂培法。供试品种为早熟中粒种伏花生和晚熟大粒种宫家庄半蔓。定期取样测定,重复四次,每重复随机取样20株 (粒),砂床始终保持适宜湿度,砂含氮量为0.019615%。现将结果整理如下:一、花生子叶有无对幼苗生长和干物质积累的影响。花生子叶有无对其幼苗生长和干物质的积累是有一定的影响。
