社会保险是用人单位合法使用劳动者的重要标准之一。我院从2002年开始的对非在编职工进行社会保险推广,针对复杂的人员结构情况,我们采取了分批次参加,从不同的阶段采取不同的政策,并适当加以人性化对待的方式。至2008年初已达到对非在编职工的社会保险普及。但目前社保的监管力度不够,和异地参保政策的不统一仍给用人单位和劳动者带来难点。
Social insurance is one of the most important criteria for employers to use workers legally. Since 2002, our hospital has promoted the social insurance promotion of non-staff workers. In view of the complicated personnel structure, we have taken part-time participation and taken different policies from different stages and appropriately treated them humanely. By the beginning of 2008, social insurance coverage for non-staff workers has been reached. However, the current social security supervision is not enough, and non-uniform insurance policies still give employers and workers bring difficulties.
