X省Y校编导专业与麦可思公司合作开展“Y校2014届毕业生半年后跟踪调研”项目,从就业竞争力、校友评价、就业特色等八个方面对该校编导专业毕业生进行问卷调查,以了解毕业半年后的编导毕业生的就业状态和工作能力。调查数据显示专业相关度、职业期待吻合度等指标相对较低。通过改革人才培养模式、重建课程体系、构建实验实践教学体系等方面来提高编导人才培养质量。
