中国科学院与天津市政府开展全面科技合作,实现科技创新与现代区域经济发展的无缝对接,并以实际行动落实国家的发展战略。按照天津市委市政府的决策部署,天津市科委着力集聚国内外优质科技资源,加快完善科技创新体系,加深推进与包括中国科学院在内的战略科技机构的合作。时至今日,院市合作已初步形成良好的工作机制和组织框架,天津市科委促成中国科学院系统多家单位与天津市政府、企业、大学、科研机构等创新单元联合合作,共同在津建立了一批研发转化机构,实施了一批重点合作项目,促进了天津滨海新区的高质高效发展,为环渤海区域经济振兴、为我国区域经济的繁荣发展作出了应有的贡献。
Chinese Academy of Sciences and Tianjin Municipal Government to conduct a comprehensive scientific and technological cooperation so as to achieve a seamless connection between scientific and technological innovation and the development of the modern regional economy and take practical actions to implement the national development strategy. According to the decision-making and deployment of Tianjin Municipal Party Committee and Government, Tianjin Science and Technology Commission made efforts to gather high-quality scientific and technological resources at home and abroad, speed up the improvement of scientific and technological innovation system and deepen cooperation with strategic science and technology institutions including the Chinese Academy of Science. Up till now, cooperation between hospitals and cities has initially formed a good working mechanism and organizational framework. Tianjin Science and Technology Commission has led a number of units of the Chinese Academy of Sciences to cooperate with innovative units such as Tianjin government, enterprises, universities and research institutes to jointly establish a joint- A number of R & D and transformation agencies were implemented and a number of key cooperation projects were implemented to promote the high-quality and efficient development of Tianjin Binhai New Area and make due contributions to the revitalization of the Bohai Rim regional economy and to the prosperity and development of China’s regional economy.
