研究了环丙沙星在0.10mol/LNH4Cl(pH6.0)底液中的二阶导数阴极波,建立了极谱分析法,该法的线性范围为25~2500ng/mL,检测限为5.9ng/mL,六次重复实验的RSD为4.7%。考察了人体内微量物质对Ip”的影响。该法用于盐酸环丙沙星药片含量分析,结果令人满意。
The second order derivative cathodic wave of ciprofloxacin in 0.10 mol / L NH4Cl (pH6.0) was studied. The polarographic analysis was established. The linear range was 25-2500 ng / mL and the detection limit was 5 .9ng / mL, RSD of six replicate experiments was 4.7%. The effect of trace substances in human body on Ip "was investigated.The method was applied to the content analysis of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride tablets with satisfactory results.
