Hong Kong will soon return to China and Hong Kong will have closer cooperation in science and technology exchanges with the Mainland. In order to enhance future cooperation and give full play to the role of science and technology exchanges and cooperation agencies between Guangdong and Hong Kong, a brief introdction. In Hong Kong, there is virtually no specialized agency within the government in charge of scientific and technological work. The cooperation in science and technology exchanges with other countries in science and technology is mostly conducted through non-governmental activities. Among the agencies that have established long-term cooperative relations with the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Commission, there are the Hong Kong Productivity Council and Hong Kong Hong Kong Science and Technology Industry Association. Hong Kong Productivity Council was established in 1967, is a semi-official
