目的了解北京市密云县2007—2010年食品化学污染物污染状况。方法按计划采集密云县辖区内蔬菜、食用菌、水产品、乳制品、肉类、粮食、藻类、蛋类、干红葡萄酒、蜜饯、馒头、散装熟肉制品等样本,按照GB/5009-2003等国家标准方法检测铅、镉、汞、铝、甜味剂、防腐剂、合成色素、着色剂等理化指标。结果共采集样本475份,获得有效监测数据1 712项。食品污染物铅、汞、苯甲酸、山梨酸、亚硝酸盐、合成色素、糖精钠、过氧化苯甲酰的超标率均为零,二氧化硫超标率为1.37%(1/79),甜蜜素超标率2.17%(1/46),镉超标率为7.60%(26/342)。结论密云县食品整体上化学性污染水平较低,应继续加强食品安全风险监测常规工作。
Objective To understand the status of food chemical pollutants in Miyun County, Beijing from 2007 to 2010. Methods Samples of vegetables, edible fungi, aquatic products, dairy products, meat, grain, algae, eggs, dried red wine, candied fruit, steamed bread and cooked cooked meat products in Miyun County were collected according to the plan. According to GB / 5009-2003 And other national standards for testing lead, cadmium, mercury, aluminum, sweeteners, preservatives, synthetic pigments, coloring agents and other physical and chemical indicators. Results A total of 475 samples were collected and 1 712 valid monitoring data were obtained. The over-standard rates of lead, mercury, benzoic acid, sorbic acid, nitrite, synthetic pigment, saccharin sodium and benzoyl peroxide in food contaminants were all zero. The over-standard rate of sulfur dioxide was 1.37% (1/79) Rates of 2.17% (1/46), cadmium exceeded the rate of 7.60% (26/342). Conclusion The overall level of chemical contamination in food in Miyun County is relatively low. The routine work on food safety risk monitoring should continue to be strengthened.
