班主任是班级工作的直接责任人,是做好班级管理的关键核心。小学阶段的学习,主要是为学生打下一个比较牢固的文化基础,在一定程度上引导学生树立正确的思想价值观念,因此班主任的工作就显得尤为关键。本文就结合实际情况对新时期小学班主任工作中班级管理的艺术性进行简析。
