SA-213T91耐热钢具备优异的高温持久性能和蠕变性能、良好的热导率、低热膨胀系数和较高的性价比,广泛用于先进火力发电站机组中的高温部件。本文综述了热处理过程中各因素对SA-213T91最终组织形态影响的研究。研究表明:加热速度、保温时间、冷却速率对其最终组织形态都有很大的影响。并确定SA-213T91钢的连续冷却过程中只存在铁素体和马氏体转变区,10℃/min和2℃/min分别为奥氏体向马氏体转变的上临界冷却速度和下临界冷却速度。
SA-213T91 heat-resistant steel with excellent high temperature durability and creep properties, good thermal conductivity, low coefficient of thermal expansion and high cost, widely used in advanced thermal power plant units in the high-temperature components. This article reviews the impact of various factors on the final tissue morphology of SA-213T91 during heat treatment. The results show that the heating rate, holding time and cooling rate have a great influence on the final morphology. The results show that there is only ferrite and martensite transformation zone in the continuous cooling process of SA-213T91 steel. The upper critical cooling rate and the lower critical value of 10 ℃ / min and 2 ℃ / min are the transition from austenite to martensite, respectively Cooling rate.
