食道异物种类繁多,绝大多数不同类型的异物应用一般的食道异物钳都能比较顺利的取出,但也有些特殊类型的异物应用普通的异物钳取出难度甚大,或根本不能取出。最近我们遇到食道内成熟的桃核异物一例,经多次食道镜检试取异物均告失败。总结失败原因:①由于异物甚大,一般食道异物钳口径较小,不能牢固钳住异物,所以在通过环咽肌狭窄区时易发生滑脱。②由于桃核质硬,顶端带有锋利的棘状突起,一般异物钳
