恶性淋巴瘤化、放疗通常有效,但某些病例却对常用化疗抗拒或退缩后很快复发,被称为“难治性淋巴瘤”(ｒｅｆｒａｃｔｏｒｙｌｙｍｐｈｏｍａ)。目前对其尚无公认精确定义,但倾向于指经常用化疗方案治疗2周期以上无效,或退缩后很快复发者[1]。也有人认为需经2种常用方案化疗无效
Malignant lymphoma metastasis and radiotherapy are usually effective, but some cases relapse soon after resisting or shrinking commonly used chemotherapy. It is called “refractory lymphoma”. At present, there is no known precise definition, but it tends to refer to the frequent use of chemotherapy regimens to be ineffective for more than 2 cycles or relapse soon after relapse [1].
