本文详细介绍了奥地利施泰尔市 BMW 公司新建成的两个可模拟海拔高度及大气条件的发动机试验台的设计思想、基本原理、设备布置、各种控制装置、各种工况的模拟、数据处理及验证结果。试验台可模拟的条件为:环境温度-30℃~+115℃,进气温度-40℃~+100℃,冷却介质温度-30℃~+115℃,油底壳机油温度-40℃~+140℃;空气相对湿度20%~95%;绝对气压0.070~0.1013MPa。这两个试验台的建成,为 BMW 柴油机的进一步开发提供了新的现代化的测试手段。
This article details the design concepts, basic principles, equipment layout, various control devices, simulations for various operating conditions of two new engine test benches that simulate altitude and atmospheric conditions at BMW AG, Steier, Austria Process and verify results. The test bench can simulate the conditions: ambient temperature -30 ℃ ~ +115 ℃, intake temperature -40 ℃ ~ +100 ℃, cooling medium temperature -30 ℃ ~ +115 ℃, oil pan oil temperature -40 ℃ ~ + 140 ℃; air relative humidity 20% ~ 95%; absolute pressure 0.070 ~ 0.1013MPa. The completion of these two test stands provided a new and modern test method for the further development of the BMW diesel engine.
