我从1978年考入大学中文系起,就学写文章,可是连续写了五年,寄了几百次稿子,结果连一个字也未发表过。直到1983年,我在西藏山南地区工作期间,偶尔听一位学生家长说,国家运往西藏的一些名牌自行车,有不少又被人带回了内地,给国家造成很大损失。当晚,我的头脑里老是想着这事,于是在半夜里信手写了一篇短文:《希望尽快改变进藏物资倒流的状况》。一个多月以后,《人民曰报》在《读者来信》版上发表了,并被放在“紧急呼吁”栏。我似乎受了启发,不久又写了《在西藏推行太阳灶势在必行》的短文,又被《人民日报》发表在《读者来信》版。看着自己的文章竟被《人民日报》采用,就好象一个从未坐过汽车的人,一下子坐上了飞机似的,喜不自禁。我身边的藏族老师们也纷纷称赞我说出了他们的心里话。这时,我回想起自己写过的数十万字废稿,那些稿子不知花了我多少心血,而这两篇稿子连草稿也没打呀!我从中悟出,写文章必须从生活出发,做生活的有心人。否则,一味凭自己主观意念来
When I was admitted to the university in 1978, I studied and wrote an essay. However, I wrote it continuously for five years and sent hundreds of manuscripts. The result was not even published in a single word. Until 1983, while working in the southern Shannan region of Tibet, I occasionally heard a student parent say that some of the brand-name bicycles shipped to Tibet by Tibet by the state have been brought back to the Mainland, causing heavy losses to the country. Tibetan teachers around me also praised me for saying their words. At this moment, I think back to the hundreds of thousands of words I wrote myself, and those manuscripts do not know how much I spent. And these two manuscripts did not even have drafts!
