实施沿海地区经济发展战略,把我国沿海开放地带推向国际市场,参与国际交换和竞争,是党中央、国务院加快改革开放的一项重大决策。沿海地区部队如何适应这一新形势,不失时机地参与外向型经济,是值得认真研究的一个问题。
To implement the strategy of economic development in the coastal areas and push our country’s open coastal areas to the international market and to participate in international exchange and competition is a major policy decision taken by the Party Central Committee and the State Council to speed up the reform and opening up. How the coastal units should adapt to this new situation and seize the opportunity to participate in the export-oriented economy is an issue worth serious study.
