[目的]研究外源6-BA、GA3和CEPA不同配比对唐菖蒲种球休眠的影响。[方法]以唐菖蒲“江山美人”及“西伯利亚”品种种球为试材,选用6-BA、GA3和CEPA配制成4种不同浓度梯度(6-BA50 mg/L+GA3100 mg/L+CEPA3%,6-BA100 mg/L+GA3100mg/L+CEPA3%,6-BA200 mg/L+GA3100 mg/L+CEPA3%,6-BA400 mg/L+GA3100 mg/L+CEPA3%)的10%丙酮溶液,对进入休眠的唐菖蒲种球进行浸泡处理,观察不同处理下不同品种的种球发芽情况。以清水处理为对照(CK)。[结果]4种处理均有助于打破唐菖蒲种球鳞茎的休眠,品种间存在一定的差异。其中,6-BA400 mg/L+GA3100 mg/L+CEPA3%的10%的丙酮溶液处理效果最佳。该处理“江山美人”种球在50 d时发芽率达到60%,明显高于CK(10%),在70 d时发芽率达到95%,明显高于CK(55%);“西伯利亚”种球在70 d时发芽率达到80%,明显高于CK(40%)。[结论]6-BA400 mg/L+GA3100 mg/L+CEPA3%的10%的丙酮溶液最有助于打破唐菖蒲“江山美人”和“西伯利亚”种球的休眠,提高发芽率。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of different combinations of exogenous 6-BA, GA3 and CEPA on dormancy of Gladiolus multiflora. [Method] Four kinds of different concentration gradients (6-BA50 mg / L + GA3100 mg) were prepared with 6-BA, GA3 and CEPA from Gladiolus “ / L + CEPA3%, 6-BA100 mg / L + GA3100 mg / L + CEPA3%, 6-BA200 mg / L + GA3100 mg / L + CEPA3%, 6-BA400 mg / L + GA3100 mg / L + CEPA3% Of the 10% acetone solution, the dormant Gladiolus balls soaked under different treatments under different species of bulbs germination. The germination rate of ”Jiangshan Beauty“ bulbs reached 60% at 50 d, significantly higher than that of CK (10%), and at 70 d the germination rate was 95%, significantly higher than that of CK (55%); The germination rate of Siberian bulbs reached 80% at 70 days, significantly higher than that of CK (40%). [Conclusion] The 10% acetone solution of 6-BA400 mg / L + GA3100 mg / L + CEPA3% was most helpful to break the dormancy of gladiolus ”Jiangshan Beauty“ and ”Siberian" bulbs and increase the germination rate .
