目的总结四川省全球基金艾滋病项目管理经验。方法对四川省实施全球基金艾滋病项目的管理资料进行分析。结果全球基金艾滋病项目从2005年开始在四川省实施,项目运作和管理模式不断创新完善。2010年按照项目新的要求,将资源进行了全面整合,整合后的项目全面利用和改进以前项目的组织管理、财务管理及物资管理、能力建设、多部门及社会组织参与机制、督导评估与数据信息的管理等系统,并使这些系统更加有效地运转。结论全球基金艾滋病项目的实施在四川省取得了一定的成效,探索出了一些可持续性发展的艾滋病防治模式,逐步形成了以政府组织领导、部门各负其责、全社会共同参与的艾滋病防治工作局面。
Objective To summarize the project management experience of the Global Fund AIDS in Sichuan Province. Methods The management information of implementing the Global Fund AIDS Project in Sichuan Province was analyzed. Results The Global Fund AIDS Project was implemented in Sichuan Province since 2005, and the operation and management of the project have been constantly innovated and improved. In 2010, according to the new requirements of the project, the resources were fully integrated. The integrated project made full use of and improved the organizational management, financial management and materials management, capacity building, multisectoral and social organization participation mechanism of previous projects, and supervised the evaluation and data Information management systems and make these systems operate more effectively. Conclusion The implementation of the Global Fund AIDS Project has achieved some success in Sichuan Province and explored some sustainable development models of AIDS prevention and control. AIDS prevention and control has gradually taken shape with the leadership of the government organizations, departments responsible for the disease and the participation of the whole society Work situation.
