农村基层党组织是农村建设的组织者、实施者,是促进农村经济发展的组织保证。实力强大的村级经济是新农村建设的重要物质基础,是新农村建设能否有效推进的关键,两者相辅相成,缺一不可。本文试图找出我国农村基层党组织建设的有效途径,把握基层党组织建设的关键,从而使我们对农村基层党组织的建设可以有的放矢,充分发挥农村基层党组织在农村经济发展的重要作用。
Rural grass-roots party organizations are the organizers and implementers of rural construction, and they are the organizational guarantee for promoting rural economic development. Powerful village-level economy is an important material basis for building a new socialist countryside. It is the key to effectively promoting the building of a new socialist countryside. The two are mutually reinforcing and indispensable. This article attempts to find an effective way to construct the rural grass-roots party organizations in our country and grasp the key to the building of the grass-roots party organizations so that we can lay a solid foundation for the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations and give full play to the important role of rural grass-roots party organizations in rural economic development.
