目的:探讨MUC1血清抗体在乳癌IV期与MUC1血清抗原的结合反应,阐明MUC1血清抗体在乳癌IV期的中和作用。方法:采用血清中和实验,以MUC1蛋白中和4份乳癌Ⅳ期患者血清通过间接ELISA法检测中和前后MUC1血清抗体水平,观察其变化。结果:经MUC1蛋白中和后,乳癌Ⅳ期患者血清MUC1抗体水平降低,提示MUC1血清抗体在乳癌IV期可以与MUC1抗原特异结合。结论:乳癌Ⅳ期患者血清MUC1抗体可以中和MUC1抗原,可能具有抗肿瘤作用。
Objective: To investigate the binding reaction of MUC1 serum antibody with MUC1 serum antigens in stage IV of breast cancer and clarify the neutralization effect of MUC1 serum antibodies in stage IV of breast cancer. Methods: Serum samples from 4 patients with stage Ⅳ breast cancer who were neutralized by MUC1 protein were tested for serum levels of MUC1 by indirect ELISA after serum neutralization test. Results: After MUC1 protein neutralization, the level of serum MUC1 antibody in patients with stage Ⅳ breast cancer decreased, suggesting that MUC1 serum antibody could specifically bind to MUC1 antigen in stage IV stage of breast cancer. Conclusion: MUC1 antibody in patients with stage Ⅳ breast cancer can neutralize MUC1 antigen and may have anti-tumor effect.
