市档案局、财政局在四月七日联合召开了清理会计档案交流总结会议。上海市汽车拖拉机工业联营公司等七个单位交流了他们清理会计档案的经验和加强会计档案管理工作的做法。市财政局副局长郁子冲在总结报告中指出,全市大部分单位己基本完成清理一九六六年以前积存会计档案的任务。据31个系统统计,共清理会计档案85933米(约340多万卷册)。通过清理、整理,改变了会计档案管理面貌,抢救了一批具有历史研究价值和凭证依据作用的材料,为编写旧上海的历史、解决债权债务纠
Municipal Archives Bureau and Financial Bureau jointly held a summary meeting on clearing accounting archives on April 7. Shanghai Automobile Tractor Industry Associates and other seven units exchanged their experience in accounting files and strengthen the accounting records management practices. Yu Zicong, deputy director of the Municipal Finance Bureau, pointed out in the final report that most units in the city have basically completed the task of clearing the accumulated accounting records before 1966.
