一、基本概念用单刃车刀车削螺纹,是最基本的、最广泛的加工螺纹的方法。在机床、工具、仪表制造业中,精车螺纹时的精度问题具有重大的意义。这儿僅将车削中的各种误差对螺纹精度的影响,作数学上的分析,从而了解那些误差可以忽视,那些误差必须採取重要的措施来消除或减少。螺纹表面是由一根通过螺纹中心、并且与螺纹轴线的垂直线保持一定角度(等於螺纹半角α/2)的直线,作复杂运动所形成的。这个运动是由直线绕螺纹轴线的均匀转动和轴向的均匀移动所组成的。
