为保障城乡规划有效实施,湖北省襄阳市近日印发《关于实施城乡规划督察制度的通知》,力争两年内实现城乡规划督察全覆盖。该市将按照“依法督察、突出重点、上下联动、全面覆盖”的原则,实行分级、分类督察。实行市、县两级督察,以城市总体规划建设用地范围作为重点督察范围,逐步实现全域覆盖。据介绍,该市建立城乡规划督察联席会议制度,制订城乡规划督察管理办法,每年年初由市城乡规划局向市政府上报上一年度城乡规划督察工作情况
