预算控制作为企业财务管理工作重要内容,可增强企业财务管理意识,实现自我约束与控制,对于提升企业财务管理水平及经济效益有积极意义,值得大力推广应用。本文分析了企业财务预算控制中的不足之处,并提出企业财务预算控制管理中,应从树立精细化管理理念、统筹管理机构建设、优化预算管理程序、建立预算管理预警机制、提升预算管理水平进行应对,从而不断提高企业财务管理水平及预算管理水平,为企业的平稳、长久、可持续发展保驾护航。
As an important part of financial management, budget control can enhance the awareness of financial management and achieve self-restraint and control. It is of great significance to enhance the level of financial management and economic benefits of enterprises and is worth popularizing and applying. This paper analyzes the shortcomings in the control of the financial budget of enterprises and puts forward that in the financial budget control and management of enterprises, we should establish the concept of meticulous management, co-ordinate the management of institutions, optimize the budget management procedures, establish early warning mechanism for budget management and improve the level of budget management So as to continuously improve the financial management level and budget management level of the enterprise so as to provide the escort for the steady, long-term and sustainable development of the enterprise.
