This article provides an overview of some of the basic concepts explained and differentiated by Dan Sperber and Deirdre Wilson’s relevance theory. Includes two parts. Part of the basic concepts related to the theory of relevance; the other part is the use of relevance theory to explain the explicit reasoning communication.
