为探讨血清内分泌激素的正常值及其与小儿哮喘病的关系,我们测定74例5—13岁哮喘儿和32例健康儿童的4种内分泌激素。结果:哮喘患儿血清F为314.27±209.70nmol/L,显著低于健康儿的529.31±199.30nmol/L,P<0.01;GH为3.23±2.34ug/L,略低于健康儿的4.19±2.45ug/L,P>0.05;E_2为0.231±0.118nmol/L,显著高于健康儿的0.125±0.066nmol/L,P<0.01;TSH为1.89±1.26mIu/L,显著低于健康儿的4.91±2.43mIu/L,P<0.01。提示哮喘患儿存在内分泌功能失调。这种失调可能与长期大剂量不规则应用全身性肾上腺皮质激素,抑制丘脑—垂体—肾上腺皮质轴有关。因此在哮喘防治中,应严格掌握应用全身性激素的指征,大力推广吸入激素疗法。
To investigate the normal value of serum endocrine hormones and their association with pediatric asthma, we measured four endocrine hormones in 74 children aged 5-13 years and 32 healthy children. Results: Serum F of children with asthma was 314.27 ± 209.70nmol / L, significantly lower than that of healthy children (529.31 ± 199.30nmol / L, P <0.01); GH was 3.23 ± 2.34ug / L, slightly lower than that of healthy children ug / L, P> 0.05; E_2 was 0.231 ± 0.118nmol / L, significantly higher than that of healthy children (0.125 ± 0.066nmol / L, P <0.01); TSH was 1.89 ± 1.26mIu / L, ± 2.43 mIu / L, P <0.01. Tip children with asthma endocrine dysfunction. This disorder may be related to long-term high-dose irregular application of systemic adrenal cortex hormones, inhibition of the thalamus - pituitary - adrenal axis. Therefore, prevention and treatment of asthma, should be strictly applied indications of systemic hormones, to promote inhaled hormone therapy.
