本文系长办罗泽华同志于1984年8月为中国自然辩证法研究会“认识长江,开发长江”,主题讨论会所撰写.后会议改为由中国科协,中国社会科学院,国务院技术经济研究中心联合召开的“长江综合开发战略学术讨论会”,本文即准备作为向大会介绍长江情况的主要文章.但会议因故未召开,同年十月作为内部材料铅印成册.本刊现予发表(有删改)供同志们了解长江、研究长江和开发长江参考.
This article is made by Comrade Luo Zehua in August 1984 for the symposium on “Understanding the Yangtze River and Developing the Yangtze River” held by China Dialectics of Nature Conference. The conference was later jointly held by China Association for Science and Technology, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and State Council Technology and Economy Research Center This article is prepared as a main article introducing the situation of the Yangtze River to the General Assembly but the meeting was not held for some reason and printed in volume as an internal material in October of the same year. For comrades to understand the Yangtze River, the study of the Yangtze River and the development of the Yangtze River reference.
