随着合肥纳入长三角规划电网建设和长丰公司配电网规划的实施,内外部审计和政府监管力度不断加强,工程其他费用管理问题多发。面对复杂的内外部环境,工程其他费用作为工程成本管理的重要组成部分,加强工程其他费用管理成为公司当前工程财务的重点。在此背景下,本文针对供电公司治理工程管理薄弱环节、防范其他费用管理风险展开研究,为工程管理水平的全面提升做出努力。
With the incorporation of Hefei into the planned power grid in the Yangtze River Delta and the implementation of Changfeng’s distribution network planning, the internal and external audits and government supervision are being strengthened continuously. Other cost management issues in the project are multiple. In the face of complex internal and external environment, other costs of the project as an important part of project cost management, and strengthening other cost management project has become the company’s current focus of project finance. Against this background, this paper aims at the weaknesses of the management of power supply companies in project management and the prevention of other cost management risks, and makes efforts for the overall improvement of project management level.
