辞职创业,看中黄山民间医术沈茜是广西合山市人,卫校毕业后到当地一家医院当了护士。虽然工资不高,但她还是很珍惜这份来之不易的工作。沈茜上班一直勤勤恳恳,对待病人更是热情有加。因此,工作不久她就得到了医院领导的肯定和病人的认可。可是,她的热情持续了两年也就过去了。与她同时进来的同事,因为有关系,要么得到升职,要么调到更好的岗位,只有她在“坚守”。不知不觉,她开始对护士枯燥、机械的工作产生厌倦之感,并为自己的前途感到焦虑。
