房地产业是我国国民经济发展的一个重要的支柱型产业,房地产信托则正是有效连接我国房地产业和金融业的一个桥梁,承担着为投资者获取收益和为房地产市场提供稳定资金的双重任务。近年来随着我国房地产业的迅速膨胀和发展以及国家相关部门对房地产事业的不断加强监管,我国房地产信托市场面临的风险也是不断增大,本文通过具体分析当前我国房地产信托市场所存在的一些普遍性的问题,并针对这些具体问题提出一些建议,以期为我国今后的房地产业健康可持续发展提供一点有益借鉴。
Real estate industry is an important pillar industry in the development of our national economy. Real estate trust is just a bridge connecting real estate industry and financial industry in our country efficiently. It undertakes the dual task of obtaining profits for investors and providing stable funds for the real estate market. In recent years, with the rapid expansion and development of China’s real estate industry and the relevant state departments to continuously strengthen the supervision of the real estate business, the real estate trust market in China is also facing the risk of increasing.This article through the specific analysis of the current real estate trust market in China there are some common Sexual issues, and put forward some suggestions on these specific issues in order to provide some useful lessons for the healthy and sustainable development of our country’s real estate industry in the future.
