针对某T形刚构桥施工阶段主梁顶板混凝土发生崩裂病害,笔者提出顶板局部凿除、补强两种方案,采用MIDAS有限元软件建立计算模型,从结构应力、施工难度等综合对比分析,确定顶板局部补强方案作为病害维修的推荐方案。通过对推荐方案主梁线形与结构应力进行优化,并对该桥梁采用优化后推荐方案下的施工过程及成桥状态的结构进行验算。结果表明:各项验算指标都符合规范要求,维修效果良好,能够保证该桥梁的施工安全和使用要求。
Aimed at the cracking of the concrete roof of a T-shaped rigid-frame bridge, the authors propose two schemes of partial roof chiseling and reinforcement. The calculation model is established by using MIDAS finite element software. From the comprehensive comparative analysis of structural stress and construction difficulty, Determine the local roof reinforcement program as a recommended repair program. Through the optimization of the main girder linearity and structural stress of the recommended scheme, the structure of the bridge under the optimized construction scheme and the bridge construction status is checked. The results show that all the checking indexes meet the requirements of the code, and the maintenance effect is good, which can ensure the construction safety and service requirements of the bridge.
