针对某批干燥机产品焊接试板冷弯试样出现裂纹这一严重情况 ,对出现裂纹的试样进行了宏观检验、化学成分分析及金相组织分析。结果表明 ,冷弯试样出现裂纹主要是由于焊缝区出现严重的魏氏组织而造成的。据此提出了避免产生冷弯裂纹的具体工艺措施
Aiming at the serious situation of cracks on the cold-formed test specimens of a certain batch of dryer products, macroscopical tests, chemical composition analysis and microstructure analysis were carried out on the specimens with cracks. The results show that the cracks in the cold-formed specimens are mainly caused by the severe Widman’s tissue in the weld zone. Accordingly, the specific technical measures to avoid the cold bending cracks are proposed
