针对中厚板生产中常见的轧件尖角缺陷,分析了该缺陷的形成机理,提出了其预测模型并提供了解决方案,可以为实际生产中该种缺陷的消除提供一定的参考。尖角缺陷主要是由于推床不对中致使展宽阶段轧件产生了角轧作用造成的,它主要形成于展宽阶段,扩大于延伸阶段。提出了该缺陷的人工消除法及推床设定消除法。现场应用表明,推床设定消除缺陷法可以控制93%以上的尖角头尾缺陷在20 mm以内,具有较强的实用价值。
Aiming at common sharp rolling defects in plate production, the formation mechanism of this defect is analyzed, its prediction model is proposed and solutions are provided, which can provide reference for the elimination of such defects in actual production. The sharp corner defects are mainly caused by the angular rolling caused by the misalignment of the push bed, which is mainly formed in the broadening stage and extended in the extending stage. Proposed the defect of artificial elimination method and pushing bed set elimination method. Field application shows that pushing the bed set to eliminate defects can control more than 93% of sharp-pointed head and tail defects within 20 mm, with strong practical value.
