As a new research content in postmodern philosophy, the biological citizenship stems from the state’s intention to give new non-subjective special rights as a political idea to make up for the loss of its biological interests. Its purpose is to guarantee and improve the social interests of the group . In the concrete practice, biological citizenship in the political sense also has its own philosophical concept, and its construction and development are all guided by its philosophy. It is undeniable that the process of constructing biocivil rights is full of difficulties and challenges and will inevitably lead to a series of social changes with corresponding social impacts. However, the practical plight of biocivil rights and the social changes caused by biocivil rights Analysis and exploration can help to better perfect and practice the biological civil rights, so as to promote the development and progress of political civilization. This is also the core interest of postmodern philosophy in the study of biological citizenship.
