11992年国务院批复了国家科委等8个部委上报的《关于大力协同开展“计算机辅助设计（CAD）应用工程”的报告》，标志着我国CAD应用工程的发展进入了一个新的阶段。CAD技术在建筑行业中也取得了长足的进展，相对而言，在工程勘察或岩土工程专业。计算机的应用是相对落后的，本文从对计算机应用的现状讨论入手，在专业需求分析的基础上，提出了CAGE的概念和实现途径。
1 In 1992, the State Council approved the “Report on the Coordinated Development of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Application Projects” submitted by eight ministries and commissions such as the State Science and Technology Commission, marking that the development of CAD application engineering in China has entered a new stage. CAD technology has also made great progress in the construction industry, relatively speaking, in engineering survey or geotechnical engineering. The application of computer is relatively backward. This article begins with the discussion of the status quo of computer applications. Based on the analysis of professional requirements, the concept and implementation of CAGE are proposed.
