用ATP 酶及免疫组织化学方法观察复印墨粉中丙烯酸脂对小鼠表皮Langerhans 细胞(LC) 的影响。结果发现高剂量接触组表皮LC 密度及Ia 抗原阳性LC 密度下降,认为可能是由于复印粉中的丙烯酸对小鼠的皮肤产生了影响
ATPase and immunohistochemistry were used to observe the effect of acrylates on Langerhans cells (LC) in mouse epidermis. The results showed that the LC density of the epidermis and the density of Ia antigen-positive LC in the high-dose exposure group were decreased, which may be due to the fact that the acrylic acid in the replica powder had an impact on the skin of the mice
