In order to implement the 2003-2007 Action Plan for Education and Rejuvenation by the Ministry of Education, give full play to the role of education and scientific research, and promote the standards set by each school, the educational research magazine intends to hold the second session in Beijing in October 2004 National Primary and Secondary Research Xing Hing School Theory Seminar and Experience Exchange.
