提出了一种测定戊二醛的新的化学发光分析法。基于在硫酸介质中戊二醛增强林(Ⅳ)氧化钌(Ⅱ)-联吡啶的化学发光强度。在优化后的条件下,方法的线性范围和检测限分别为2.5×10-6-2.5×10-3mol/L和3.1×10-7mol/L戊二醛。拟定的方法体系简单,用于消毒液中戊二醛含量的测定,结果满意。
A new chemiluminescence method for the determination of glutaraldehyde was proposed. Chemiluminescence intensity of ruthenium (Ⅱ) oxide-bipyridyl based on glutaraldehyde enhanced lin (Ⅳ) in sulfuric acid medium. Under optimized conditions, the linear range and the detection limit of the method were 2.5 × 10-6-2.5 × 10-3mol / L and 3.1 × 10-7mol / L, respectively. The proposed method system is simple, for the determination of glutaraldehyde content in disinfectant, the results are satisfactory.
