为加强我市道路交通管理,维护交通秩序,保障交通安全,根据道路交通管理有关法规规定,经市人民政府批准,对电动自行车通行管理作如下规定。 一、电动自行车必须按规定向当地公安机关申领号牌、行驶证,方可上路行驶。号牌、行驶证不准冒领、转借、涂改或伪造。号牌必须按指定位置安装,并保持清晰。
In order to strengthen the management of road traffic in our city, maintain the traffic order and ensure the traffic safety, according to the relevant laws and regulations of road traffic management, with the approval of the municipal people’s government, the following provisions shall be made on the administration of electric bicycles. First, electric bicycles must be required by the local public security organs to apply for plates, driving permits, before driving on the road. Number plate, driving license are not allowed to take, lend, alter or fake. Number plate must be installed in the specified location, and keep clear.
