铁路旅客运输提高运能压缩停站时间后,中间站客车上水时间减少,车上用水无法满足旅客用水要求。为改变旅客列车用水现状,提高旅客列车给水站给水设备能力,通过分析将车上DN25 mm上水管道改为DN32 mm,以管径扩大前后、压力与流量的变化,对上水情况进行了分析,并以武昌、汉口旅客列车给水站工程改造与客车注水管道改造进行了对比,分析改变客车给水装置上水管道管径对节能和工程造价的影响,对修改标准、改造现有车辆给水装置等方面提出了相关对策。
