乳腺增生丸是我院制剂室生产的治疗乳腺增生的特效药,由柴胡、白芍、红花、当归、川楝子、香附、鸡血藤、蒲公英、莪术、茯苓、丹参、白术、三棱13味中药组成,具有疏肝理气、调和气血、软坚散结的功效,临床用于治疗乳腺增生。为了对其临床用药安全提供科学依据,本研究报道了乳腺增生丸急性毒性试验和镇痛作用。1材料与方法
