预备党员的教育与管理是高校党建工作的重要环节,独立学院作为新兴的党建阵地,应尤其重视大学生预备党员的培养和教育,“红色苗圃”是基于学生自我教育,自我管理机制的预备党员教育与管理的一种模式,旨在培养预备党员的主人翁意识,调动预备党员的工作热情,强化服务意识,增强党性修养。
